westkent78 Posted 6 May , 2005 Share Posted 6 May , 2005 If anyone has a copy of the regimental history of the 1st Royal Irish Fusiliers "1st Battalion The Faugh-A-Ballaghs in the Great War" could they please look up what the battalion was doing from 28th June 1915 until mid July 1915. In particular I'm interested in their actions on 6th July 1915. Thank you for your help. Regards, Matthew

westkent78 Posted 8 May , 2005 Author Share Posted 8 May , 2005 Thanks, Andy. I think that does it for now. Sadly the relative I'm researching appears to have only survived at the front for probably 2 or three days. I guess it may have been a case of being a novice or just bad luck.
