helll all,

here is the mic to pte joseph hadley, can't find him on soldiers died or cwgc, anybody got any idea's?

Seems strange, also, that there is no date with the "KiA" entry. <_< .

Could this man be 202086 L/Cpl Joseph Athur Hadley, killed on 26 December 1917 while serving with 1st Worcesters? Aged 28, he was son of John and Blanche Hadley of 13 Pool Lane, Causeway Green, Langley. You'd need to see the medal rolls to be sure.

An entry of "KinA" without a date is very common on the MICs.

This is probably teaching you to suck eggs, but if you get his bwm medal roll it will probably tell you about a change of battalion and number.

I was just going on personal experience, having only ever seen one with a connected date.
