New annual event: Passchendaele 1917 Ceremony

From this year on the Memorial Museum Passchendaele 1917, The Passchendaele Society 1917 and the Community Council of Zonnebeke are organising an annual ceremony to commemorate 'Third Ypres" and the capture of Passchendaele on the 10th of November 1917.

Ceremony starts on the 10th of November at 18.00 hours at "Crest Farm" Canadian monument and will finish on the market place of Passchendaele. Estimated duration about 1 1/4 hour.

In order to be able to organise things in a proper way, we advise groups and coaches to confirm their participation if possible. Please state if the party will lay a wreath at Crest Farm. If any music bands want to be involved please mention this in the mail which confirms participation.
