Further to my question I have clicked on the "View record" in the table and it gives the following:

This implies that this was available from Ancestry UK but when I chatted on line the advisor could not help me find the 153 Infantry Brigade War Diary, just inputs that directed me to the usual search page.

Can anyone help make sense of the above and advise how I can resolve this?

I had two great uncles who died in WW1. One with the R Dublin Fusiliers KIA 1916 and one with 153 Infantry Brigade TMB, 51 Division, wounded during the opening of the German Spring Offensive bombardment 21 March 1918, died of wounds shortly after at 1/3 Highland Field Ambulance. Both are commemorated on the Arras Memorial, Bays 9 and 1 respectively.

It is available on ancestry. Choose brigade TMB from drop down menu and select 51st Div. The 153rd TMB is the second of the three.

Hi Graeme

Yes. That link gives me access to 153 Inf Bde. War diary for March 1918 - I was short of this. I have, after a lot of trial and error over many, many hours. found most of the files on Ancestry! By trying numerous combinations for 51st Division etc. I finally found a link to the Brigade War Diary written by the Brigade Trench Mortar Officer. Unfortunately, March 1918 is missing on Ancestry. I am in my 80s and not very well skilled with PCs. Thank you for your help.
