1911 Coronation Medal

In regard to the returns for the 1911 coronation medal, can anyone inform me whether the medal rolls at WO330/1 - WO330/2 - WO330/3 contains a list of all those who was on duty at the coronation or just those awarded the coronation medal?

In the case of the Berkshire Yeomanry this was a detachment of 1 + 25. Those below are recorded as having been awarded the 1911 Coronation Medal
