Sgt. George Bartlett. 117844 - D/87 Brigade, Royal Field Artillery.

Hi,

 George Bartlett  -  B. 1881  Abbotsbury, Dorset. 
Attested. 11/12/1915.  Gamekeeper. Hampreston, Dorset   

Gunner. 117844.    France. 15/7/1916    Posted to 87th Brigade. 25/7/2916. Promoted to Sgt. 4/4/1918
He was awarded the Military Medal, in June 1918 ( War Diary-  19th Div. Artillery P. 335) which was announced in the London Gazette 7/10/1918.  
 Can anyone add any further information, newspaper announcement/photograph  or casualty lists please.

Thanks, I have access to Find My Past and Ancestry.  I have his service papers, MIC, medal rolls, L.G announcement and  both 87th Brigade and 19th Division War Diaries.
