I’ve just discovered that my maternal grandfather fought in WWl with The Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force (CEF) Unit #2 of the New Brunswick Forestry as a lumberman 1917-1919 in England; I have a copy of his discharge papers but am seeking any photographs of this unit in England or Canada. Or, perhaps where I can look further? I have received some great assistance from Facebook and this forum was one of them - I’ll be sharing everything that I learn and what a great way to learn more about my maternal grandfather.
