Seeking information on Herbert Thomas Wickham Manwaring please.

Listed as Naval Cadet in 1911 Census at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Whippingham, Isle of Wight.  Went on to serve with Army Service Corps and then RFC/RAF until transferred to RAF Unemployed List in January 1919.  Have viewed his TNA RFC/RAF WWI service record.

Air Force lists of 1943 to 1945 show H T W Manwaring Pilot Officer with RAF Volunteer Reserve, Training Branch.  Is this Herbert Thomas Wickham Manwaring?
