Remembered Today:

Information on a bayonet. Engraved Waffenfabrik Neuhausen with the #315674.

It is a Swiss M1889 sword bayonet for their Schmidt Rubin rifle. There is a serial number stamped on the crossguard. Waffenfabrik Neuhausen is the maker of the bayonet. Switzerland remained Neutral during WW1.

Cheers,  SS

This is sometimes called the M1899 or M1889/11 bayonet as there is recess in fuller to better hold inside of scabbard. You should measure the barell ring inner diameter as by 15mm it should be for rifle, by smaller for carbine.
