I know it is sporterized and the literal type of gun that it is, I know pretty much nothing else. Attached are a lot of photos of any stamps I could find on the gun; thanks!

The stamps you show are all standard inspection and proofing stamps with the exception of the serial numbers (the rifle appears to be mis-matched with the bolt not matching the receiver) and a couple of others

HV means "High Velocity" indicating the rifle is sighted for MkVII cartridges (standard)

There is also a Canadian ownership stamp on the receiver ring (it is only partially struck but is a broad arrow within a C.

The rifle looks to be one made by BSA Co (Birmingham Small Arms Company) although I cannot make out the year on the wrist.
