Question regarding two books by the same author. Get one, both or none?

British Artillery on the Western Front in the Great War by Sanders Marble

Artillery in the Great War by Sanders Marble and Paul Strong (this one is far cheaper).

 

To what extent do they overlap? Indeed, are they potentially the same book titled differently for separate markets, as I have seen happen with some works of fiction?
