Dirty Harry Posted 28 March Share Posted 28 March Ola, I’ve been trying to hunt down who said that German gas helmets would only last 20 minutes. I can find plenty of who said it but no attribution. Did some Boffin carry out research on it? Had looked in the adgs but most of the writing is so in decipherable to be useless. Any ideas? Or more places to look? Dirty Harry Posted 3 April Author Share Posted 3 April Good spot Michelle. So it refers to the oxygen masks used by officers and a few others. The reference to Ypres could offer another clue. Must look up the after action reports
