Frex91 Posted 9 March Share Posted 9 March (edited) *The 5 first pictures i like to know from wich weapon they are, and maybe a price +- for the whole piece. The shellcase was made in magdeburg germany 1916 so ww1, I think the bomb itself is from ww2 but i am not shure at all, bomb says 1945-155mm. but i believe its to big to be a artillery shell?! ** the 6th picture i believe to be a anti-tank round from a panzer 4 ww2? The 7th picture is a bullet from a british flakgun ww2 ? I am not a professional but i like to identify so i can put documentation and pictures from the weapon itself next to it, plzz tell me if you can help me out. Thanks in advance, Frederik Edited 9 March by Frex91
Chasemuseum Posted 11 March Share Posted 11 March No 1 yes the shell case is German WW1 but that projectile is a USA WW2 155mm artillery projectile. the fuse cover on it British WW2(or post WW2), the fuse I cannot identify from the photo but dos not match the projectile. - so nothing matches, just bits somebody has put together. MikB Posted 11 March Share Posted 11 March From the Roman numeral 'V' instead of 'Mai' for month, I suspect the case is German Navy - 'Kaiserliche Marine'. Is there a crowned 'M' visible anywhere?
Ken Lees Posted 11 March Share Posted 11 March Photo 6 looks like a 6-pounder naval shell, as used in Great War tanks.

MikB Posted 11 March Share Posted 11 March It may be worth checking the length of the case. For the naval 15cm SK L/45, the case was 865mm long; for the German Army's 15cm Kanone 16 it was 725mm.
