Interpreting names of ships on a RNR record

Recommended Posts

I am struggling to interpret some of the names of these ships on a sailor's record. ones I can make out are "Hearty" "Prince George" and "Wellington or Wallington?"  any extra info about the ships or correction to the names of the other ships on the record would be very appreciated.

P.s: Appologise for the poor image quality its directly from TNA website download.

Thanks for reading.  (images Courtesy of TNA)

Thank you so much for you help.

His name is Norman Savage. Who is one of my Freinds Ancestors whom i am researching on his behalf! seems like the most interesting parts of his career happened in WW2 but thought would be interesting to find out more about his time in the RNR in WW1 (i have also been researching his brother William Peak Savage aswell)
