Remembered Today:

RAMC Pharmacist in Palestine

My great uncle Cyril Edward Williams was a pharmacist born 29 April 1891 in Croydon. He served in Palestine and I am told had a German prisoner of war as an assistant. I presume that he was in the RAMC as a pharmacist and if so I have come across the Medal Index Card for a Cyril E Williams RAMC Sgt 19146. Is there any way of finding out further information please. Thanks, Martin

Two possibilities: the library at the Museum of Military Medicine (although I don't believe they have much personal material) https://museum-of-military-medicine.webflow.io/research-enquiries-royal-army-medical-corps

and the library of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society in case he took his career further: https://www.rpharms.com/about-us/library
