canadian gunner Posted 26 February Share Posted 26 February Looking for any information on a Major (or Lt Col.) Robert Blair Cochrane Forster born 1861 in Scotland. He was probably Royal Artillery.
Admin DavidOwen Posted 26 February Admin Share Posted 26 February Not yet found any ww1 military records for him. 1911 Census courtesy FMP - note R.A. Blair Cochrane is given as his names. 1914 sees him travelling to USA giving his residence as Quebec What makes you think RA?
canadian gunner Posted 26 February Author Share Posted 26 February The RA Forster is his brother Archibald. The arrival list is him. I think he was R A because of what his grandson has told me. He may have something to do with artillery training with the CEF at Valcartier. Thanks for finding that. K
