1. I know nothing about this kind of stuff ***.
2. This was described to me as being a 1907M Scoville Military time delay fuze for a mortar round. 
3. It’s been kicking around in our barn for years. 
4. QUESTION = it still ‘live’ or dangerous?

Seems to still have the red wax inside it…someone several states away want to buy it, I’m not sure it’s safe to ship?

The GWF cannot permit, host or  give advice on the safety  of munitions. Any such posts will be removed. If anyone is in doubt about whether a potentially explosive item is safe they should seek advice from the appropriate authorities.
