Loyal north Lancs cap badge ?

I'm looking up a man and have this pic but I'm not certain of the cap badge for the pic attributed to him & have a number of other candidates in other regiments.

It’s been distorted in some way, perhaps during colouration, but in outline it does look most like the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment badge.   The appearance of the curved shoulder title would also match with that.

Yes it looks as though the AI (Artificial Ignorance) part of the colourization process has mangled the badge.
Do you have the original monochrome image to consult?
I bet it will reveal more information.
