James Joined in October 1914 aged nearly 32 years

The Entry states WOUNDED REMAINED ON DUTY.

I have no definite way of knowing his injury. I strongly suspect that it was shell shock. His family always said that it was gas but I think that this their kindness to him.

Can anyone help at all with medical records please. I do realise that it is a long shot?
