Krupp 170mm L/40 coastal defence gun

Photo was taken 1919 almost certainly in the vicinity of Nieuport, I have found what looks to be the correct gun added below - but helpfully it is only captioned as a Belgian gun. If it is indeed Belgian do we know if they were used by the Germans?

All suggestions gratefully received.

Found it - It is a Krupp 170mm L/40 produced between 1916 and 1918; some of these survived and saw action in WW2.
