michaeldr Posted 27 January Share Posted 27 January After the success of last year's visit to the Island of Imbros [helped by the expert guiding of GWF Pals 'b3rn' & 'Krithia'] this year the Gallipoli Associations Hidden Gallipoli Tour will spend a day on Tenedos: see https://www.gallipoli-association.org/events/walking-hidden-gallipoli-may-2024/ I've booked as an ordinary member of that tour, however I want to do some homework first. Can any GWF Pal point me in the direction of maps of 1915 Tenedos, or references to it in histories? These will probably come from RNAS or French sources: they were the two groups who made most use of this island, though any other 1915 reference will also be welcomed.
