Cap Badge Query

I wonder if anyone might be able to help and identify this cap badge.  I am thinking possible Queen's Royal West Surrey Regiment.

I concur with Michelle.  They look to me likely to be members of a Queen’s, (West Surrey) “Young Soldier Battalion” in the late-war, Training Reserve (TR), after regimental cap badges were reintroduced.  Their usual age was 18.

It’s a little unusual in that all of them have been issued an oilskin cover for their forage caps.  The covers are not unusual, but for every single man to be wearing one is.  They all have a bayonet fitted to their belt and so have probably been, or are about to form up for, drilling with arms.
