baffled bt this one. or at least looks like 

"to 13 Shariah ????????

 

Im assuming this is near 19 general hospital at about May 1915, so maybe some sort of rest camp? 

an ideas?

The chap was wounded, second lieutenant g h godshead ( I think cause I’m not on me laptop) and taken from Gallipoli to Alexandria in Egypt to 19gh. Discharged on the 18th May to this place. Serving with the 1st bn inniskilling.

 

he later served with the 8th bn on the western front.
