Guest scott leader Posted 17 April , 2005 Share Posted 17 April , 2005 What's the best way of "cataloguing" our collection? do we type and few words with the name and regiment, or do we go in deepth and explane the story behind the soldier, starting with a front cover with a picture then pages, 1,2,3,4 etc, reasons behind a gallanrty award, MID, battles in which to took part??? Let post the way we each produce a story for our medals
Simon R Posted 17 April , 2005 Share Posted 17 April , 2005 A catalogue would be an index to your medal collection, presumably alphabetical by surname. The other kind of information you talk about above would surely constitute part of the collection itself.
