TimCornish Posted 24 December , 2023 Share Posted 24 December , 2023 Afternoon all. I am currently compiling a display for the Boscombe Down Aviation Collection on the history of Old Sarum Aerodrome/RAF Old Sarum. I did have copies several years ago of small lists of aircraft including serial numbers that were allocated to the Squadrons & TDS during their time at Old Sarum. Sadly, these lists have disappeared and I no longer can find my source material. Would anyone have a copy of information for the aircraft based at Old Sarum? Majority were DH9's, employed by all three squadrons based there before they moved to France, plus a myriad of others (there was a checkerboard-painted Bristol Monoplane at one stage, including an SE5 that had an interesting colour scheme I seem to remember). Eternally grateful for any information so the heritage of Old Sarum is no lost to the annals of time! Best TC
