Is it possible to find on a jacket the shoulder title of the 16th Canadian Scottish Battalion :

The most frequently worn shoulder titles for the 16th Batallion CEF (Canadian Scottish) were:

Regarding the 16 over INF over CANADA title that you mention, Chris Brooker's guide states "Routine Orders of May 25th 1916 states that battalion numerals and ‘INF’ titles are listed as being available for issue in both England and France. It does not appear that these were adopted for use in France, or if so only on a limited basis. It is likely that the majority of 1st Division battalions adopted regimental pattern titles in place of the three part: numeral, designation, and ‘Canada’ nationality titles." So, it appears that it would be very rare to find this title if at all.
