Desmond7 Posted 16 April , 2005 Share Posted 16 April , 2005 BBC NI's 'Your Place and Mine' programme has a website - go to BBC homepage/BBC NI/Your Place and Mine. On it this week are drawings of Ballykinler Camp in the early 1920s when it was used as an internment camp for IRA men. The WW1 connection is, of course, that Ballykinler was a training camp for the Ulster Division! Interesting to those who folow UD and of course what a contrast in usage!!! Plenty of other WW1 and WW2 stuff on this site. Well worth your time having a look through the archives. Des
