Stupid question number 667

Got frustrated trying to find the amount of staff that would serve at first army hq in 1916. 
 

I have the orbats which list the generals involved but that’s only 7! I take it there must be a lot more than this but cannot find the right question for google to answer! 
 

so I’m hoping some kind human can point me in the right direction……..
