I am looking for a transcript (in German) of German Admiral Alfred von Tirpitz's speech on 1 February 1917 in which he discusses Germany's economic development as well as the German invasion of Belgium. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could send me a link to, or otherwise gets me access to, a German language transcript of this speech.
