Missing articles in The Cavalry Journal (1920) regarding the Palestine Campaign

I'm not sure this is the right place for this request - Please help me in case you think I should place this elsewhere. 

 

I'm going through the volumes of The Cavalry Journal from the years after the war. In the scanned 1920 volume (Archive.org), pages 189 to 376 are missing. There are two articles in these missing pages I would love to read:

The 4th Cavalry Division in Palestine, September 1918, by Major G. Gould (p. 189 onwards)

Defence of the Arme Blanche, by Lt.-Col. R. G. H. Howard-Vyse (p. 323 onwards)

 

Can someone help?
