FuManchu18 Posted 9 November , 2023 Share Posted 9 November , 2023 Also: not a picture or scan, but the archives at the National Army Museum appear to have issue no.96 (collection.nam.ac.uk):
MaureenE Posted 10 November , 2023 Share Posted 10 November , 2023 I don't know details of the coverage, but this title is available on the online Proquest Library subscription website "Trench Journals and Unit Magazines of the First World War", https://about.proquest.com/en/products-services/trench see the title list http://tls.search.proquest.com/titlelist/jsp/list/tlsSingle.jsp?productId=1008757&_ga=2.101147458.234268885.1699609532-1001821100.1699609532 The Journal may have come from the British Library collection, but I am unable to access the British Library catalogue at the time of writing to see the holding. You may be able to access this database with a State or National Library card, or a University Library card. Maureen

You could ask at your local library if they have any suggestions as to how to access that database, but if you don't live anywhere where you have access to a State Library or National Library card, it might be a matter of travelling to a Library (perhaps a University) which does have access. The other alternative is to pay for copies from a Library which holds the copies. I notice the Peninsula Press was printed by R.E. Printing Section, G.H.Q., Mediterranean Expeditionary Force. Perhaps you could enquire whether the Royal Engineers Museum holds copies. Another Library which possibly may hold copies is the Prince Consort's Library in Aldershot England, details in https://wiki.fibis.org/w/Prince_Consort's_Library but unclear whether contact details are still current. aconnolly Posted 24 November , 2023 Share Posted 24 November , 2023 (edited) Hi John I have #93 - hope this helps. I know there is at least one in the National Army Museum in NZ but I cannot get the search engine to even find that (!) - it's #48 according to a bibliography in Pugsley's book on NZ at Gallipoli. No idea if they have others I'm afraid. Link: https://www.armymuseum.co.nz/explore/research/ Andrew Edited 24 November , 2023 by aconnolly
