Yes he is.  It is the WW1 pattern in officers’ service dress bronze.

The trench cap suggests a 1915-16 portrait, probably before he embarked for France, he has that unblooded ingenue look.  Hopefully Romagne might know the name.

Unfortunately, there is n name on the photo.
