Hello, im looking for more information about what was located at bungle farm in Proven (27.E.5.d.7.7). There was a big tent camp there. Did someone see this name before in a WD or something?

It was me I think. I replied to one of your threads with infomation from the WD of 14 Corps A&QMG (WO/95 914/4).

In August 1917 there is a list of billets at named camps.

It shows in Proven No 4 Area -  Pegwell Camp at 27/E 5 d 6 7. It housed a Machine Gun Company.

Also in E 5 are Proven No 3 Area - Porchester Camp 27/E 5 b 6 6 for a Bn of Infantry. Proven No 4 Area - Patcham Camp 27/E 5 c 6 3 for a Trench Mortar Battery and Purley Camp at 27/E 5 a 4 9 for a Field Ambulance.
