Memorial for civilians lost at sea?

Can anyone advise whether there's a national WW1 memorial that commemorates civilians lost at sea through enemy action?

Thanks Kath. There is indeed an individual memorial but this was raised privately by family and I wondered whether a national memorial had been raised to such fatalities.
