My publisher told me I should be receiving the proofs in a few weeks and then it will move to publication. In addition, volume 3 has been issued in paperback (volumes 1and 2 are already in paperback). We also discussed a final 5th volume covering the start of the war and the fighting in August/September 1914. While a shorter time period it will include casualty details and a master index of all 5 volumes. More details on the first four volumes can be found on the website for Helion & Co.
