The Diary is held at the RE Museum, but not digitally.

It was also known as 220 Army Troops (Works) Company. It was raised in 1915 and was Section Troops Suez Canal Defences from December, 1915 to November 1916. It was under Eastern Force, Egypt, December 1916 to December 1917. It transferred to the BEF and was under command 2nd Army in November 1918.

The National Archives have a partial war diary for them immediately post-war, but it has not been digitised and therefor will require a personal visit however this is probably a copy  the same diary that has been noted above at RE Museum and Library.
