Remembered Today:

The treatment and continued service of a wounded soldier immediatly post-war

For a long while now I have researched a specific soldier, a relative of mine whom you will likely find information about elsewhere on this site.

However, I wanted to ask would it have been possible for a soldier to have been wounded in the last days of the war (specifically the 10th November 1918), treated accordingly, and then remained in service until 1920? I only ask because this specific individual was reported to have been wounded and later lost his leg as a result, further mentioned in his obituary. Thanks
