The page numbering correctly goes from 387 to 388 missing out the first page of Appx 3. That covers the squadrons allocated to RFC HQ, Ninth (HQ) Wing, I Brigade's First (Corps) Wing, and Tenth (Army) Wing down to No. 43 Squadron.
