Wickham30 Posted 15 April , 2023 Share Posted 15 April , 2023 Attached is an image of a postcard that my grand father (served: RHA & RFA) intended to send to his parents, but brought back after returning home - presumably at the war's end. He'd written "to mother" on the back, but all else left blank, so no date mark etc... The image looks as if taken from a painting of some sort, depicting the "Surrender of the Prussian Guard", (but written in French) at Neuve Chapelle. Just wondered if this would be of interest to anybody.
