Fourth Army strength returns for 1918

I have been trying to locate more specific (weekly) 4th Army strength returns for 1918. The Third Army A&Q has weekly strengths for divisions fully itemised (WO 95/380/4) which is very convenient, however the Fourth Army's A&Q only gives casualty/reinforcement returns and later appendices such as summary of sickness, etc. (WO 95 445-3). Maybe I am missing something? The best I have for 4th Army is the BEF's A&Q's roster of divisions (WO 95 26-3) which has divisional (infantry and cavalry only) but this is only monthly so not very precise.
