French body armor?

I was wondering if there is any french body armor since ive wanted to do some drawings but i cant ever seem to find any.

There was armour made for French grenade teams and also sentries.

Adrian body armour.

Armand Daigre Body armour.

A good reference is 'Dominating the Enemy' by Anthony Saunders.

I looked at most of the armor and i was hoping for something more medievally, like lobster armor or some of the armor Italy made. I did find these nifty leg guards that i'll add though
