The filter is a consumable to be replaced either when spent or when a more advanced model has become available. Certainly the filter is a latter model than the mask and was not the filter fitted to the mask the day t left the factory, but I do not consider it to be incompatible. battle of loos Posted 25 February , 2023 Share Posted 25 February , 2023 good morning, your mask seems to be a "Gummy" 1st model. your cartridge is model 1918 "Sonntagseinsatzes". Here is the type of cartridge it had to have during its 1st use model "21/8" or "Einschichteneinsatz" . find in Loos - Hill 70 here is my "Gummy" 2nd model - size 2 : michel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
