Remembered Today:

95 Infantry Brigade

Hi,

I am looking for information on 95 Infantry Brigade diaries for the period December 1917. I have tried the National Archives and have corresponded with them and they cannot find a copy. They suggested that they may not of either survived or not been digitalised for some reason. They suggested I pop in and have a look, which is problomatic as I live in Australia.

Does anyone have access to a hard copy of this part of the diary?

I am interested in the Brigade orders as it is part of a research project I am undertaking , which is at the cross referencing information phase so as to discount or prove this information.

Kind Regards

Spree Farm

Of the units that served with 95th Infantry Brigade at that time, the War Diary for the 1st Battalion, East Surrey Regiment is available as a typed version, (usually without appendices which is probably the bit you are interested in!), can be found by using the menu here http://qrrarchive.websds.net/menu1.aspx?li=1

Cheers,
Peter
