According to The Times'  TV listings, this eight-part series is being screened on Netflix this Thursday the 19th - presumably with dubbing or sub-titles.

Dunno much about Netflix, except one needs a subscription to watch it.

Thanks for the heads-up, I may give this a shot. Described on Netflix's Norwegian site as "a drama series about social problems"!
