From WFA/Fold3 pension records:

Pension Index Card shows discharged 20.1.18, Unspecified disability but got 5/6pw from 21/10/18 to 27/5/19 [5/6pw = 20% disability degree rating]

From a widow's pension card

Received a £5 Grant, 30.7.21 - [A small grant to the widow or dependant of a sailor or soldier to meet urgent necessary expenses consequent upon or caused by his death, such as costs incidental to the removal of the home, medical expenses where the illness was caused by the bereavement, expenses of the widow or dependant incidental to obtaining employment, and any like expense, provided that the expenses in question shall be specified and the Local Committee shall see that the grant is applied thereto, that where insurance or other money is receivable, the same shall be taken into account, and that the applicant is of good character and deserving of assistance

A&R (11 8.8.21 The claim was referred to Awards & Remunerations for an Article 11 [widow's] claim but unfortunately no quantum is shown tohelp confirm such an award [sadly the awards file is likely lost/deliberately destroyed once its use was ended]

I would suggest the MoP were seemingly likely satisfied of linkage but would acknowledge that at present on such evidence alone a challenge to get CWGC to agree to commemoration.

Edit: Starling & Lee's "No Labour, No Battle" would suggest Labour Corps number, 400442, issued approx October 1917 to January 1918
