Equipment Regulations 1914, Part 2, Section XII(a) - anyone know an online source or know where I can read it?

As per title, I want to look up and read more about the equipment issued to various soldiers in the artillery - and I *think* this is the reference I am looking for?

I found the 1910 version at TNA but it also isn’t digitised.

I found this at the IWM but it isnt digitised, before I email them I thought I would ask where first in case anyone knows an alternate source

I attach a photo of what I think I am looking for - although I am sure there is more detail than this (image sourced elsewhere on this forum after I have read a lot of other threads and come across the aforementioned document)

 

apologies if I am asking for the wrong thing or have got my terminology wrong! If someone could point me right I would appreciate it.
