War in the Air by HA Jones which Volume or Appendix has Richthofen link.

Wonder if some Chum might be kind enough to point me toward the appendix or ‘notes’ within Official Air War Volumes where HA Jones mentions Richthofen’s death. I had read it some time ago but despite now trying to locate it again I am unable to find it for some reason.

I remember it has been mentioned here but despite my poor ability at a search via Air Personnel and the War in the Air thread am unable to locate the original post
