Not that it will necessarily get you much further but DC sometimes have explanatory cause(s) offered as well as the medical one(s). Sorry, I'm not buying it for you! Again I would comment that his WFA/Fold3 pension ledgers and cards unfortunately only offer evidence of disability and death claims, not details of any success and payment(s).
