There is a war diary at the PRO for the 200th MG Bn, WO 95/3017 and covers

Aug 1918 - Oct 1918.

I am sure you know the Machine Gun Corps Old Comrades Association is still active, head is a lady named Judith Lapin, they have a web site.

Ian;

200 Bn served with 59 Div from Oct 19. The genealogy is difficult as for a fleeting moment in Aug 19 there were 2 '200 Bns'.

Captain BF Whiteley DCM was 'B' Coy cdr in 200 Bn in F&F and went to Russia (Murmansk) in Mar 19 with a composite force from 200 Bn and elements 201 Bn.

Sorry! Rewind.... the MGC force to Murmansk was elements 8 Bn, 19 Bn, 201 Bn.

200 Bn's WO95 ends on 31 Oct 18; they were in area of Noeux-les-Mines. NFI on 200 Bn, no further official docs we can find.
