nhclark Posted 19 November , 2022 Share Posted 19 November , 2022 Stephen, "E. Hatley" was Edwin Hatley, son of John Hatley and Sarah Basham, and a distant relative of mine (brother of my 2g-grandfather). Born in Maldon, he emigrated to Canada and served in the CEF. You can find him on the Canadian Virtual War Memorial. Finding his medals will be a big ask. He married but I can't now recall whether there were children.
